Booking & Salon Policies

Booking Essentials

  • $100 deposit required to secure your appointment
  • Deposit goes toward total service cost
  • Non-refundable, transferable only to one rescheduled appointment
  • Remaining balance due at your appointment

This policy protects both your time and the stylist

  • We accept payment through Zelle, Venmo, and Cash
  • Full payment is due upon completion of your service
  • Tips are appreciated but never expected

  • 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once
  • No-shows forfeit their deposit entirely
  • Emergencies handled on a case-by-case basis

  • Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early
  • 15+ minutes late will result in a $25 fee charge and shortened service or rescheduling
  • After 20 minutes late is considered a no-show and appointment will be canceled

Hair Preparation

  • Hair must be freshly washed, detangled, and dry and stretched before appointment
  • Please only use light water-based leave-in conditioner (No additional products like oils, gels, creams)
  • If hair is not prepared as described, service may be refused or rescheduled

  • Quality braiding hair is provided and included in pricing of most styles
  • If you prefer to bring your own hair, please confirm brand/type in advance
  • We use professional-grade products for styling and finishing

  • Home visits available upon request (travel fee applies)
  • Please refer to price list for fees
  • You must provide a clean, well-lit workspace with a comfortable chair (pets away from work space)
  • All policies still apply for home appointments

Salon Policies

  • Parking is limited in both the mall lot and on the street, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure a spot. Valet parking is available if you choose to use it.

  • No additional guest are welcome to the appointment unless accompanied due to medical purposes.
  • Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, or entertainment
  • Respectful behavior is expected from all clients
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
